A lifelong passion for education. I may have hated school, but once I found hair, I became obsessed with learning. Education is key here, and I expect my stylists to prioritize growth. 3. Collaboration over competition. I don’t believe in gatekeeping knowledge. I invite other stylists to learn with us—even when I travel for education. 4. Luxury without the pretense.
